Scotland is a nation of makers and innovators — a place where traditional skills and new ideas sit comfortably together. My own craft reflects that spirit. I work with mould-building and slip-casting, two ceramic techniques that have become rare in modern studio ceramic art. By combining these heritage methods with contemporary design technologies, my work is both deeply rooted and forward-looking — ceramics that honour craft tradition and embrace new ideas and techniques.
